Our Tenant Charter makes it clear what you can expect from us and, in return, what we expect from you. We're in this together.

Our service standards

  • We will answer your call within three minutes and aim to answer 92% of enquiries right the first time. 
  • We will respond to all emails within five workings days of receiving it.
  • Routine repairs will be offered in 28 working days, unless it is an emergency.
  • We will acknowledge all complaints within five working days.
