In September 2024, we asked for feedback on our domestic abuse policy. Here's what you told us
Why did we ask for feedback?
We're currently working towards our 'DAHA' (Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance) accreditation, and so we've been looking at how we handle and manage domestic abuse as a Trust.
We want to make sure that we have the right support in place for our tenants, and so we needed your feedback on our current policy.
Who did we ask for feedback?
We asked 590 customers on our Commentator Panel.
We posted a letter to 92 customers on our Commentator Panel who are not online.
We shared the survey on our social media channels and on our website.
18 customers responded to our online survey.
What you said and what we will do
