Your monthly 'Customer Conversations' round-up!
Here's a round-up of all things Customer Conversations - your monthly Customer Voice drop-in session
We used to hold formal quarterly meetings. From July 2026, we've moved to informal monthly conversations that are easier to join and focus on a different topic each month.
Each month we look into a specialist area ran by our staff expert! If you have questions about something else, we can take them away to the relevant team and get back to you.

2026 so far
Our monthly Customer Conversations gives you the opportunity to constructively challenge us and ask the difficult questions.
Your feedback helps us to make real improvements to the things that matter most to you, our customers. Whether you have a lot to say or simply want to listen - be part of the conversation.
In October, staff from compliance, repairs, estate, neighbourhoods, and ASB teams headed to The Green in The Corner—our local hub at Hurdsfield.
This drop-in session was set up for residents of Range and Pennine Courts to come and chat about neighbourhood and estate updates, as well as raise any complaints and repairs. Bringing our teams together in one place makes it easier for residents to drop by, meet the staff, and get direct support with any issues on their estate.
We didn't have our usual level of attendance for this group, so we will be contacting Range & Pennine Court residents to see how we can improve our communications and future drop-in sessions.
In September we headed to the Gilchrist Hub on the Weston Estate in Macclesfield.
Part of our fresh take on Customer Voice is getting out into the community and heading to your patch to host drop-ins. That way, you don't need to come to us, we come to you.
This drop-in was for local residents to discuss the recent improvement works that had been taking place across the area, including window replacements to homes.
Eight local residents attended the drop-in with another meeting organised for Thursday 12th November, 6pm-7pm.
Before heading into the cooler month, our August Customer Conversations was all about Damp & Mould.
Resident's had the chance to chat to and question our Property Condition Manager, Dave, on our approach to Damp & Mould, upcoming changes with Awaab's Law Phase 2 and repairs.
This meeting was held at our office, both online and offline and had seven residents drop-in.
July 2026 saw our drop-in focusing on all things Grounds Maintenance.
This includes things like grass, tree & hedge cutting, weeds and general discussions around taking care of your green spaces.
This session was held at our office, both online and offline, and had ten residents who joined.
