What we've been up to

Between April, May and June, we...

  • Sent out two surveys to our Commentator Group. These were about communal cleaning and complaints.
  • Held one focus group where we talked about complaints.
  • Had three Repairs Scrutiny sessions.
  • Had five collaborator groups outside of usual office hours.
  • Had ten people involved in our customer Challenge Group and held three Challenge Group meetings. They approved two policies; Tenancy Policy, Allocations Policy. Two self-assessments; Complains and Consumer Standards and our Annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures.
  • Held one Grounds Maintenance Residents Group (GMRG), one Range & Pennine and two Damp & Mould groups.
  • Hosted four Roadshows/Clean-up Days and one fire safety meeting.
  • 117 customers collaborated and commented on our services.

We listen

Your voice and involvement have led to positive changes in how we do things here at the Trust. Your say means we can improve our services. Take a look at some of the key changes.

Between April and June we...

  • Worked on improving communications and visibility of our complaints process, by making this easy to find on our website and distributing our ‘at a glance’ complaints guide.
  • Created a damp & mould booklet for new tenants.
  • You gave us recommendations on how we can improve the reporting of and communications surrounding repairs. These are now being embedded into the repairs process.

What do we mean by 'consultation'?

By consultation, we mean asking you - our customers, for your thoughts and feedback. It means having a discussion and bringing you into the process of improving our services. We want you to tell us the good, the bad and the in-between.

Depending on what we are looking at, we might ask for feedback through an online survey, or we might also invite you into our Office for an in-person discussion.

Want to be more involved and be notified of upcoming consultations?* Become a member of our Digital Panel and have you say from the comfort of your own home.

*Depending on the consultation, we may only ask customers who have had direct experience of a particular service from us.

Communal Spaces (Fire Safety) Consultation

In August 2024, we asked you what you did and didn't like about what was a draft policy. We used your feedback to shape the policy that has now been approved.
