The Neighbourhood Team - what do they do?
Who are the Neighbourhood Team?
The Neighbourhood Team has eight members, who work closely with tenants - allocating empty properties and working will all tenancy management cases.

What do the Team do?
Allocate empty properties working with Cheshire Homechoice.
Attend all viewings with new tenants and monitor new tenancies for 12 months.
Deal with all housing management tasks.
Deal with low level ASB, end of tenancies, abandonments, tenancy fraud, successions, emergency decants, mutual exchanges, managed moves and downsizing.
Supporting other Teams at the Trust.
Linking in with social workers, community groups and police and fire services.
Hosting monthly 'housing surgeries'.
Hosting monthly Roadshows.
