Safeguarding
At Peaks & Plains we are committed to ensuring the safeguarding of children and adults at risk. We have a Safeguarding Policy in place that all staff follow.
So, what is safeguarding?
Safeguarding is all about protecting children and adults at risk from harm, abuse and neglect. It is important to note that not all concerns are classed as safeguarding - but we will still support our residents with other concerns.
Before you submit a safeguarding concern, its important to have a think about whether your concern relates to harm, neglect or abuse. If it doesn’t, please contact the Trust to discuss your concern and we will still do all we can to help and support.
What to do if you have a concern
If you have a concern about a child, young person or vulnerable adult who is in immediate danger or where a crime has been committed, please call 999 immediately.
