Recent updates
We are aware of the issue with the communal ariel and have reported it to our external contractor who will be attending as soon as possible.
Lifts
We are aware that the even lift at Range Court is currently out of service, and we are working with external contractors to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We’re really sorry for the continued inconvenience caused by the recurring lift issues. We understand how frustrating this is and truly appreciate your patience while we work on a long-term solution.
To keep you better informed, we’ve created this page where we’ll post regular updates on the status of the repairs.

We held our quarterly residents' panel on Thursday, 5 November 2026, where we provided updates on fire safety, neighbourhood and parking.
