We're coming to Moss Rose to clean-up. Think litter-picking, skips and staff out and about keeping the area clean.

Wednesday 10th July, 10am-3pm.

We will also be based at St Barnabas if you want to pop over and say hello!

So, what's happening?

We're heading to Moss Rose for a clean-up day! Think litter picking, skips and staff out and about keeping the area clean.

Having a clear-out? Something you've been meaning to get rid of? You can bring it to one of the several skips we will have located around the estate.

But don't worry if you can't make it to a skip, you can let us know and we will help.

What can and can't go in the skips?

These things can go in the skip:

Most types of household and commercial waste, including;

Paper
Wood
Plastic
Metal
Fabric
Brick
Rubble
Soil

These things can't go in the skip:

Waste that is harmful or hazardous cannot go in the skip. This includes (but not limited to);

Asbestos
Clinical waste/needles
Fridges/freezers - and other electrical appliances
Mattresses
Tyres
Oil
Gas bottles
Poisonous or polluting substances
Fire

Where will the skips be?

You will find the skips located on:

Western Avenue
Robin Hood Avenue
Sanders Square
Mayfield Avenue
