We have viewed the induction presentation and acknowledge that we've downloaded a copy of the Trust's "Site Rules for Contractors" guidelines and will communicate their requirements to our staff and sub-contractors. We will communicate any health and safety concerns to the Trust at the earliest opportunity (including, but not limited to RIDDOR incidents and injuries to or caused by our staff), in order to keep everyone safe". *
