Our Board

Peaks & Plains Housing Trust is governed by a Board. The Board set the overall direction for the Trust, make sure the Trust is run effectively, and make sure the Trust achieves long term success.

Our Board is responsible for:

  • setting the Trust's overall strategy and objectives
  • defining the Trust’s values 
  • making sure that the risks faced by the Trust are effectively managed
  • having effective oversight of the delivery of services – including financial and other performance
  • making sure that the Trust’s affairs are carried out lawfully and in line with regulatory requirements

The Board is supported by two committees, the Audit Committee and the Governance Committee.

We're currently recruiting for four new Board members as some colleagues reach the end of their tenure with us. 

These Board member roles provide an opportunity to play a real part in shaping the future of an organisation making a genuine difference in the lives of our customers.
